SOCIAL SERVICES The Mental Health Association of South Central Kansas is accepting applica- tions. The following positions require a valid Kansas Drivers License, current vehicle insurance and access to a personal vehicle. Apply online at www.mhasck.org. EOE. Adult Attendant Care Workers: PT. Working with adults who have a mental illness to improve daily living skills. Work in the community & home settings. Must have stable work history, good communica- tion & problem solving skills. Experience w/ special needs adults preferred. Peer Support Specialists: PT. Provide peer support services in community settings, perform tasks to assist mental health consumers in recovery process. Must be reliable w/ ability to interact effectively & have basic computer skills. Must self- identify as a present or former consumer of mental health services. Residental Care Support Workers: Work in one of our group homes supervising and providing support to mentally ill adults. Duties include providing crisis support, meal prep, life skills training, medication super- vision, & coordin- ation of other treatment services. Requires proven good performance & work ethic, effective time mgt & communication skills, computer skills. Prefer exp. working w/ mentally ill adults.
