Classification: Receptionist/SwitchboardCompensation: $9.00 to $9.00 per hour
OfficeTeam is looking for a temporary Reception for a 1 week coverage in the Overland Park Area. Daily duties for this short term coverage would include answer phone calls and directly them appropriately, greeting customers when they walk in, scanning and filing documents, and any other clerical duties as needed. To be considered for this Reception opportunity you must have 2 or more years reception experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and an efficient personality, someone who is willing to learn new things and projects is ideal.
