Must have experience in commercial construction and the commercial glazing industry. You will be managing several glazing projects around the country. We design, sell and install all types of custom glazed structures including large skylights, greenhouses, conservatories, pool enclosures, etc. Heavy aluminum and glass, some plastics. Responsibilities would include:
* Hiring qualified sub contractors
* Managing jobs from beginning to end
* Extensive communication (phone and email) with large general contractors and architects
* Coordinating subs, materials, etc.
* Processing change orders (bonuses)
* Discussing blueprints, designs, common construction issues.
* Problem resolution
* Some purchasing and vendor selection
* Assist in the submittal process
