They are creating a sales force to sell the Local Search Network! My client connects consumers and advertisers across multiple digital platforms - local search, SEM, on line video, and on line display ads. You can help create and support exciting new products and services for their growing portfolio of brands. Account Executives are representing an industry leader and selling web sites, links, banners and online advertising, social media, reputations management, facebook pages, video streaming, mobile, as media solutions : search engine marketing and SEO solutions on sites like Google, MSN, Bing, FaceBook Pages, Twitter, & Yahoo, etc. ________________________________________ Responsibilities:
- Meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals and overall objectives.
- OUTSIDE SALES: Demonstrating the value of products/offerings via face-to-face contact.
- Developing sales strategies prior to contacting designated markets, using a variety of visuals, including Internet layouts and other sales aids.
- Formulate client advertising recommendations, which are specifically designed to meet your customers needs and objectives.
- Handling an aggressive schedule of daily sales contacts.
- Schedule, organize, and prioritize work to meet both customer and company goals and deadlines.

Requirements:
- Degree required
- OUTSIDE - 1-4 years MAX consecutive years of successful, cumulative commission outside sales experience. Will consider hard working and motivated college grads (w/ exp. working during school)
- RECENT College Grads with STRONG Social Media Knowledge
- Internet savvy - understanding of social media sites
- Media sales preferred but not required
- Cold calling experience / prospectingand desire to do so a must
- Willing to work in a strong objective and quota driven environment.
- Computer Skills: MS Word, Excel and internet navigation are required.
Compensation:Account Executives will earn a base $34,000 with an incentive Plan of +$4500 on top of base for Training Months 1,2,3,++ plus commissions (uncapped). In additional to great healthbenefits, mileage reimbursement + phone expenses another approx$10K (on top of $38,000), IPAD/laptop, Paid Training, Time off, Awards and Recognition, etc. Average earnings range $60,000 @ plan. There is not a cap on commissions or earnings potential. Top reps over $70KTraining:You will receive4 week intensive paid internet sales training that is held both locally and away for two weeks. This is instructor-led classroom training. Training consists of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
