Overview:The CRM Administrator is responsible for deploying FishNet Securitys CRM strategy by supervising and maintaining the system, configuration, and support of the customer relationship management (CRM) software. There is no relocation package offered for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- One to two years of Salesforce.com administration experience required.
- Additional coursework in CRM and computer software preferred.
- Good understanding of business, sales and marketing principles preferred.
- Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
- Proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Project, Visio and Outlook required.
- Adept in planning, leading change and multi-tasking.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and work prioritization skills required.
- Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Detail-oriented, thorough and quality oriented.
