CRM Administrator at Overland Park

Job Description

Overview:

The CRM Administrator is responsible for deploying FishNet Securitys CRM strategy by supervising and maintaining the system, configuration, and support of the customer relationship management (CRM) software. There is no relocation package offered for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Proven abilityto independently perform testing, implementation, documentation andupdating as it relates to the SalesForce.com application.
  • Respond toquestions from CRM users throughout the company in a timely fashion.
  • Provide supportand troubleshooting on the CRM system, making changes as needed.
  • Represent theinterests of CRM users and the integrity of the CRM system, whendetermining and implementing system changes.
  • Create CRM functionalityspecifications to best support Sales, Marketing and Business Developmentprocesses, needs and budgets.
  • Customize CRM tool in accordancewith process derived specifications and established priorities.
  • Thoroughly test customizationsprior to bringing changes in live system.
  • Move code from lower sandboxes to the production environment. Address issues related to functionality, integration, etc.
  • Plan and schedule CRM upgradeswith different divisions, departments, etc.
  • Create and maintain user oriented portals/list views such as territory, opportunities, follow ups, etc.
  • Mine data as necessary.
  • Formulate and maintain variousreports and dashboards.
  • Develop user training curriculumand materials. Trains users at various business locations or via internetas required.
  • Analyze and resolve CRM programissues in a timely and accurate manner as well as monitor data quality.
  • Creates and edits user profiles.
  • Stay abreast of CRM solutions and development in the industry.
  • Ability to handle full workloadand meet proposed deadlines.
  • Maintainutmost confidentiality on all documents, correspondence, research records, information, data, etc.
  • Job Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
    • One to two years of Salesforce.com administration experience required.
    • Additional coursework in CRM and computer software preferred.
    • Good understanding of business, sales and marketing principles preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed.
    • Proficient with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Project, Visio and Outlook required.
    • Adept in planning, leading change and multi-tasking.
    • Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and work prioritization skills required.
    • Able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
    • Detail-oriented, thorough and quality oriented.
