Call Center Agent

Expanding call center looking for people to help us grow!  We are currently seeking positive, hard-working individuals to join our team. 

Current openings as Sales Agents and New Business Loan Processers! 

Positions are full-time, 40+ hours per week.

Use your phone and people skills to provide quality service to our customers in a friendly office environment.  Great advancement potential!

We are open 6am to 7pm, M-Sat., closed Sunday.  Open shifts right now are 10am-7pm, M-F. 

Starting rate is $12 per hour plus monthly bonus based on performance.  Bilingual applicants needed in all open business hours and shifts!

 

Duties

• Competently analyzes and prioritizes information to make appropriate recommendations.
• Makes effective decisions by analyzing and considering priorities.
• Ability to work within operating hours. At least intermediate ability in computer skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Resolves product or service concerns by clarifying the customers problem; determining the cause; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Intermediate proficiency (1 – 3 years’ experience) in written and verbal communications.
• Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Strong work ethic. Uses time productively to accomplish work goals.
• Committed to meeting quality standards.
• Effective organization skills. Maintains files and keeps work area organized.

 

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma required.

• Some college completed preferred.

• One year sales and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Bilingual applicants needed!

• Computer literate, good written / verbal communication skills, detail oriented, punctual.

• On site training provided in our training center.
