Job Description

Spring Venture Group, a portfolio company of Five Elms Capital, is looking for Business Analyst to join our growing company. WHAT YOULL DO:

•  Perform various finance and reporting functions, including operating metrics and cash flow forecasting

•  Monitor, analyze and suggest improvements within our various marketing channels and daily operations

•  Work closely with upper level management, providing recommendations on both daily and long term business strategies

•  Assist with due diligence and deal negotiation with potential business partners

Job Requirements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Min 1-2 years experience in an analyst role

• Articulate and well spoken; very strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills

• High level of self-motivation, self-awareness and fire in the belly (this cant be taught!)

• Entrepreneurial and inquisitive attitude is far more important than a college major. (Business or    finance degree is not required)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects
