This Inside Sales Associate Direct interaction with customers and reps in the office and on the phone on topics ranging from pricing and availability to answering a wide array of technical questions relating tho the product or specific installations scenarios. Primary Responsibilities include: Increasing the Product Knowledge of territory reps., brands and product groups. Implementing the Sales and Marketing Plan in the region- working hand in hand with the Regional Sales Manager Managing and improving the follow-up process of leads by Marketing and Sales activities.
