Technical Recruiter to Support Senior Recruiter

Needing someone that can handle ambiguity and a fast paced demanding client base.

The Stivers Staffing office in Overland Park is looking for an individual with a Bachelors degree plus 2 years or more experience in a fast-paced technical recruiting environment to work for a large Overland Park employer.

The purpose of the Junior Recruiter role is to provide support to Senior Recruiter(s) through sourcing, researching, tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will use solid Internet and computer skills to enable a smooth process for building talent pipelines.

Duties will be to coordinate with recruiter to source and screen applicants and track throughout the hiring process.  Maintain data in applicant tracking system. Enter requisition information and applicant data. General administrative duties may include internet usage, human resource information system reports, researching and obtaining documentation. May be responsible for generating routine and ad hoc reports.

The ideal candidate must have good customer service skills and strong computer skills to include Excel, Microsoft Office and the internet.

High School graduate required. Bachelors degree preferred . MUST have 2 plus years experience in a fast-paced technical recruiting environment. Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Brass Ring/Kenexa is a plus. Prior staffing agency experience is preferred.

Must be able to work August 2013 through Feb. 28, 2014.
