The RBCS Sales position will support the sales and customer service teams to ensure renewal of accounts. The role will be responsible for the following:

 

•  Respond to all incoming customer calls and make proactive outbound calls as part of the decisions engagement and renewal strategy

•  Connect with existing clients from various areas within produce and related industries and secure renewals on expiring accounts

•  Enter and maintain all customer interactions into internal CRM system

•  Ensure renewed accounts receive the best possible customer service after renewal sale

•  Resolve contractual concerns

•  Compile, examine account records to assure timely follow up, engagement and training

•  Prepare and forward various progress reports to the appropriate manager

•  Complete required documentation, reporting, and filing of service contracts

•  Maintain ongoing relationship with customers.

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• Associate’s Degree in business or equivalent work experience

• 1-3 years of successful customer service or sales experience, with strong emphasis on end user / commercial / b2b products

• Knowledge of the produce or agricultural industry and customers a plus

• Must be able to clearly articulate business drivers with customers

• Ability to establish and expand relationships with all customers

• Experience and ability to call on the decision makers required

• Documented success in exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals or objectives

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
