The Role
As the Sales Manager, you will partner and mentor our Distributors while driving customer cultivation and ongoing retention.
Responsibilities
Collaborative partnership mentoring Distributors with business assessment and planning
Implement maintenance awareness marketing and sales strategy
Perform both sales and technical training
Continue to drive customer cultivation and retention
Manage general territory development
Requirements
10 - 15 years successful B2B sales and / or business development success
Automotive maintenance services experience strongly preferred
International and industry related work experience, with Asia market experience highly preferred
Must have previous industry experience with Automotive or Locomotive chemicals and / or additives / fluids
Highly prefer someone who speaks Mandarin or Cantonese
BS Degree in engineering, international business or related field from accredited university required
Master?s Degree preferred but not essential
Location
The successful candidate must live (or relocate) to Wichita, Kansas for this role.
