Job Description:
Award winning manufacturing facility seeks experienced, team oriented and customer focused individual to join our maintenance team.

We are a three shift operation and this position will support our third/night shift!

Accountabilities:

- Repairs and maintains machinery, mechanical/electrical equipment through inspection, troubleshooting, and evaluation to determine root cause of problems.
- Disassembles machines and repairs or replaces worn or broken parts. Adjusts functional parts of mechanical devices as necessary.
- Cleans and lubricates parts, orders replacement parts, inspects completed repairs and returns equipment to specifications.
- F ollows procedures, techniques and proper tools to maximize uptime and equipment condition
- Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues.
- Works under general supervision.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals.
- Duties and tasks at this level are frequently non-routine requiring advanced skills and complexity.

Required:

Understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic and/or automated controls, strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of electrical and electronic repair area, use of tools/diagnostic equipment like multimeter, oscilloscope and analyzers, ability to read and understand manuals and schematics. Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and verbal communication skills. Ability to self manage priorities, work with a high level of accuracy and be detail oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities. Ability to work as part of a team.

Testing will be conducted at time of interview.

Preferred:

Mechanical, Electrical, Computer certifications or degrees preferred. Previous printing (instead of lithography. Opens it up to digital and others..) and manufacturing experience preferred. Previous printing and manufacturing experience preferred.
