Field Service Technician Description:
Field Service Techs maintain ScriptPros computer-based technology and automation equipment at customer sites, nationally and worldwide. This is a high travel position.

Responsiblities :

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment on-site and remotely by phone.
• Administer training and support to pharmacy staff when needed.
• Diagnose workflow issues and optimize system performance.
• 50% or more travel required.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• General knowledge of IT, Windows NT/XP.
• Experience with computer systems repair and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Maturity and integrity are a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in Electronics or Computer Science preferred but not required.
