The Branch Manager needs to demonstrate an ability to organize, operate and assume the risk of running a business with a focus on marketing and customer service. Ideal candidate for this job will have managed a 100% commission based outside sales force, as well as a production crew.

 

Responsibilities:

• Create credible retail sales plan to meet and exceed aggressive stated goals
• Execute commercial business cases with sales team
• Drive lead generation and sales conversion
• Communicate regularly and openly with all stakeholders
• Work to develop the set of best practices that will add to the foundation of this rapid growth company

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of outside sales management experience (in-home sales management experience preferred)
• Undergraduate degree preferred
• Intimate knowledge of the home improvement industry
• Demonstrated ability/desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environment
• Track record of building relationships with demanding internal and external clients
• Established reputation as a high integrity top performer

 

Benefits/Compensation:

We offer competitive base pay with bonus. Most Branch Managers earn $70,000 - $80,000+ per year at this location. Also, all individual healthcare premiums are paid for by Bath Fitter.
