Recruiting Assistant at Lawrence

Job Description

Provide Administrative and clerical support, assisting in meeting the recruiting goals and objectives of the organization, and providing quality customer service to both external and internal employees and applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and greet all guests in a timely and courteous manner
  • Prescreen applicants and schedule interviews, as directed via phone and in person
  • Manage the daily interview and appointment schedule
  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and data
  • File and maintain accurate records  and information, including criminal background screenings and online assessment guides
  • Update accurate records and information in our ATS and assessment tool
  • Follow-up with candidates, and managing candidates pipeline on a daily basis
  • Respond to general phone calls from clients, employees and potential candidates
  • Communicate with employees and potential candidates regarding companys hiring process and standards
  • General Administrative and Clerical Support including, but not limited to:
    • Letter and document preparation
    • Daily mail sorting and delivery
    • Organize  and set up meetings
    • Operate office equipment
    • Maintains reception area in a tidy and organized manner
  • Create new hire packets and support on boarding process
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience working in a fast pace, front office environment or customer service related position
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background screening as specified under The Results Companies guidelines
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in the English language for the purpose of public interaction
  • Proficient in MS office product suite (Word, PP, Excel, Access)
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively support the recruiting team and share responsibility for results
  • Ability to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard
  • Neat and professional appearance
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to provide quality customer service
  • Authorized to work in the United States

 

Physical Requirements:
Needed: bending/stooping, reaching, repetitive motions, sitting, standing, walking
Preferred: carrying, kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling

 

Compensation:

Hourly position
