Genesis10 is seeking an Active Directory Engineer. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with our Fortune 500, Transportation Industry client in Overland Park, KS.


Description:

The chosen candidate will plan, architect, design and deploy AD forests, domains, controllers and other Directory Services servers

Responsibilities:

• Manage and/or execute AD enhancement efforts following meticulous processes and best practices
• Execute or supervise AD consolidations including user, computer, and application migrations
• Envision and drive improvements in the performance and availability of DS servers and applications
• Capture and understand customer requirements through customer interactions and technical analysis
• Design solutions that thoroughly reflect and address customer requirements
• Develop and maintain AD and LDAP management tools and processes
• Determine, record, and publish metrics that drive DS service performance and reliability.

Job Requirements

• Expert level proficiency Active Directory
• 5+ years experience supporting/administering Windows servers in an enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Oracle LDAP, CA Siteminder, or similar systems.
