DURATION: 30 Month
Description:
The Network Real Estate Analyst will be responsible for daily decision making and task/project management to ensure that assigned projects are completed within stated timelines. Assignments primarily involve modifications to existing cell sites, but may include other special projects as needs arise. Work involves supervising third party vendors (site acquisition, environmental, A&E, legal, etc.) in performing due diligence investigation, construction design, lease or amendment negotiation, and zoning/permitting.

The incumbent is expected to work largely unsupervised and effectively prioritize multiple competing projects. The incumbent must have the following skills/abilities: Interpret and understand clientpolicies and procedures and effectively communicate them to third party vendors. Identify, analyze, and resolve real estate and lease related issues as needed to meet internal or external deadlines and reporting requirements. Successfully negotiate and work with all types of Landlords and their agents in order to preserve the Companys rights and meet the Companys contractual and regulatory obligations.
