Responsibilities:

• Perform all installations and service work in strict accordance with DISH Network and BSS guidelines
• Participate in all training and demonstrate proficiency in training subject; participate in retraining, as required
• Communicate with Supervisors in accordance with instructions; Maintain contact throughout the work day via cell phone; report at end of shift; communicate with Dispatch in accordance with instructions; promptly report all problems to Supervisors
• Provide the highest quality customer education at time of installation
• Troubleshoot installation and maintenance problems
• Complete all installation paperwork and contracts in accordance with instructions
• Participate in all safety training and comply with safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment
• Use proper equipment and parts in accordance with work orders
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality standards
• Respond to and resolve customer complaints
• Comply with all quality control processes

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Physical Requirements of Position:

• Must have valid driver’s license and pass periodic MVR check
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test

• Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle and feel, to operate hand tools and small power tools; to reach and lift with hands and arms; to talk and hear; to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl; to climb ladder, to balance and reach from ladder; to walk and work upon rooftops; to crawl into and work in attics, crawlspaces or confined spaces.
• Must be able to communicate with customers face to face and with DISH Network or BSS representatives.
• Must work in all temperature conditions for outdoor work (four seasons); work in attics and confined spaces, work on rooftops during high temperatures of summer and cold temperatures of winter.  
• Must regularly lift and/or move equipment that weighs 20 – 40 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 60 pounds; occasionally lift and/or move more than 200 pounds with assistance.  Must regularly lift, carry and maneuver ladders that weigh 60 to 90 lbs.
• Must be willing to work weekends and extended hours
