Ideal candidate
* Should have a minimum of3 years of experience in marketing & outside sales, preferablyin Senior House of Long Term Careor related field.
* A passion for working with Senior Adults in their families
* Excellent sales closing skills.
* Must have the ability to work in a team environment, a willingness to be flexible and a desire to work with the aging population.
* Should have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems is required.
* Experience with public speaking a plus.

* Prior supervisory experience preferred.

SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR
will develop relationships with qualified referral sources, establish public relations events to promote goodwill in the community, conduct tours with potential residents and their families, and close sales.Also supervises other sales team staff. This position reports to the Executive Director.
