Job Purpose: Works as the liaison between our clients, the consumer and their attorneys regarding billing and financial matters. This position handles collection of clients payments in a very customer friendly way.

Responsibilities:
- Negotiating settlement opportunities & payment plans for cardholders
- Educating cardholders on payment options & arranging clients payment options
- Answering consumer & attorney questions
- Document actions in computer
- Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and goals!

Job Requirements
Inside Sales Account Executive- Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor
- Positive communication, cross function cooperation
- Excellent computer literacy/data entry skills
- Must have incredible organization skills, Attention to Detail
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a customer service or sales (3rd party collections experience preferred)
- High School Diploma or GED; some college preferred
