Job Description
Multi Service,a global transaction management company specializing in billing and payment solutions,is looking for an ideal candidate for theAviation Elite Care Specialistposition in our fast-paced, deadline driven aviation card program division. This person is responsible for professionally handling inbound and outbound calls from diverse personalities and will serve as a troubleshooter and problem solver to make sure that our customers are receiving immediate, specialized support when needed. This representative will have the ability and authorization to handle last minute, complicated and/or unique issues when other attempts to address a situation are unsuccessful.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide real time support for customers problems
- Respond to the more sensitive cases where problems/situations escalate
- Take ownership of each situation from beginning to end
- Use discretion and independent judgment to assess complex problems/situations, apply creative analytics and form intelligent, pragmatic and appropriate solutions
- Track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue or concern
- Dispute resolution
- Identifying and assisting with program procedures
- Recognize trends and patterns in re-occurring problems
- Promote meaningful relationships to drive high customer satisfaction, driving brand loyalty
- Mentor and help to develop Customer Service Reps, as needed, in conjunction with the Assistant Manager of Account Services.
- Other duties may be assigned
Job Requirements
- Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Proven experience with problem identification and solution
- Strong organizational skills and time management, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Very detail oriented
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of computers and a variety of software
- Critical thinking, analytical skills, creativity, judgment and logic
- Level headedness (ability to work under pressure), adaptability and resilience
- A drive for results
