.***Paid Insurance License Training is available for Qualified Candidates. If you are unlicensed you can be trained on the job to obtain your Insurance License. Pay rate for this training is $10.50 per hour (Rate for unlicensed CSR reps)...This exciting opportunity will give you a chance to work with an industry leader to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced Call Center environment.Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for taking incoming calls continuously throughout the workday. The position requires you to assist clients during their insurance related open enrollments. ..Candidate Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Must have an insurance license.

Ability to type at least 35wpm

Basic computer skills

Ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Availability to work flexible shifts including holidays, weekends, and evenings

Shifts:8 hour Shifts fall between 7am - 11pmYou must be available for any shift between this time frame.Will work one weekend day with two consecutive days off.Days worked will be either:Sunday - Thursday (Thur and Fri Off) orTuesday - Saturday (Sunday and Monday Off..Pay Rate Range:Starting at $14.00 per hour based on experience.If non-licensed Pay is $10.50 per hour during training.
