Prepare quality fresh food for customers while working with a team of exceptional managers and outstanding crew members. Duties- Ensure all customers and employees are safe. The Kitchen Manager will be in charge of operating the restaurant kitchen at the highest level of health and safety. This will be done by complying with sanitation and legal regulations - Organization and cleanliness of all areas and aspects of the kitchen - Provide each employee with a respectful and fulfilling work environment where they will be excited to come to work each day- Hire and manage back of the house operations and staff including training on proper food handling- Communicate with staff regarding their performance, both positive and negative - Maintain an appropriate crew level and train staff in accordance with the companys policies. - Make sure food is coming out quickly and consistently out of the kitchen- Track Inventory and food costs weekly- Maintain professional and technical knowledge and accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests as directed by ownershipSkills and Qualifications- 2 years experience in a kitchen- 1 year experience in a Kitchen Manager role- Leadership and people management skills- Broad knowledge of all hospitality management, administrative and operational responsibilities - Attention to detail- Flexibility to changing processes- Willingness to learn- Basic computer skillsPlease send resumes to [Click Here to Email Your Resum]
