$120K (Sal 70K) Hospital (Medical) Sales, Outsourced Services

Major Healthcare Service company is growing and adding dedicated Key Account Rep.

Position offices out of the Kansas City/Overland Park regional office .Overnight travel is 4-5 nights per month. Targeted account base is hospitals, medical centers, clinics, medical groups selling managed services.

Starting salary from $58K to $70K (depending on experience) plus commissions, plus car allowance, plus travel expenses, plus benefits (medical, dental, pharma, 401K) to make
$110K first year, $120-150K 2nd year, and $150K+ 3rd year. Take over small account base already in place with commissions earnings, and build new accounts with the absolute best brand and reputation for services in this niche industry.

WHAT YOU DO:

• Learn products and services we sell.
• Office @ REGIONAL OFFICE (phone and laptop provided).
• Call on current customer base of hospitals, clinics, medical centers, etc., servicing existing sales and penetration of new services.
• Call on targeted new customer accounts (hunter role). Call on C level Hospital Administrators, CFOs, etc., (also clinics and medical groups).
  
• Make group presentations to targeted new customers.
• Travel overnight 4-5 nights per month while covering MAJOR HOSPITALS.
• Provide customer service and technical support.

Job Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED:

• 2 yrs college coursework.
• 3 plus years outside B2B sales experience to C-level contacts selling business services (e.g. maintenance contracts, lab services, MRI outsource services, linen service, staffing service, trash removal, office cleaning, etc.). Prefer experience calling on medical industry hospitals, clinics, etc., but will consider C-level sales experience from other industries (must be selling services.).
• C level sales experience including group presentations(PowerPoint), etc.
• New account hunter and closer.
• Self starter disciplined work hard ethic.
• Track record of sales success.
• Excellent communication skills oral and written (some proposal writing).
• High energy level, self motivated.
• Ability to travel 4-5 nights per month overnight.
• Job stable work history.
