SOCIAL WORKER

Full-time position available. (EOE/M/F/V/D)

REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidate must be a Kansas-licensed social worker with an LBSW or MSW. Long-term care and dementia/Alzheimers experience is preferred. Must have experience with care plans, discharge planning and writing social histories.
