Classification: Account Executive/Staffing Manager

Compensation: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour

Management Resources, a division of Robert Half International, is seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts for on-going contract opportunities in the Overland Park and KC Metro areas. The Senior Business Analyst must be experienced in ERP systems, system integration, conversion and other business improvement initiatives. Candidate must be able to quickly understand business issues and data challenges; identify client organizations strengths and weaknesses and suggest areas of improvement; review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes; develop functional and system design specifications; lead testing efforts and identify, track and report on issues in a timely manner. In addition, candidate will assist in project deadlines and schedules and provide on-going project updates/communication. Candidate must have Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be deadline-driven and work well under pressure. CPA or MBA is highly desirable.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business2. 7+ years of related experience in system liaison roles3. Experienced in ERP systems4. Strong system aptitude and technical skills5. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Project 7. Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills 8. Superior communication and presentation skills 9. CPA or MBA is desirable 10. Previous consulting experience is a plus
