Job Responsibilities

As our goal-driven Customer Service Representative, you will be focused on achieving collections/call goals.

Additional responsibilities for our Collections Representative include:

• Educating cardholders on payments options
• Arranging clients’ payment schedules
• Receiving payments from cardholders
• Maintaining clients’ payment statuses

Job Requirements

For this entry level opportunity, it is preferred that you have prior experience in a Call Center, Collection, Financial Services, or Sales.
