Job Description
The candidate for this position oversees the Treasury Management and Private Banking functions of Fidelity Bank and is responsible for meeting business and commercial revenue and expense goals through the effective delivery of a broad range of products and services. The candidate will work closely with bank managers to lead the development of integrated sales and relationship management programs that achieve desired revenue and profitability goals. Responsibilities include directing, administering and coordinating the activities of the bank in accordance with policies, goals and objectives. The candidate will be responsible for all matters pertaining to the business, such as developing and recommending credit pricing, reviewing customers financial and operating statements, recommending and managing long-range objectives, and analyzing major commercial clients in order to maximize the value of their relationship. In addition, responsibilities include attracting and retaining top-quality staff, maintaining frequent interaction with the banks largest customers and prospects, as well as community leaders, trade associations and regulators. Requirements for the position include an MBA (may be waived in lieu of experience), a minimum of 10 years of business and/or commercial banking with increasing levels of responsibility, a minimum of 8 to 10 years of commercial credit decision-making authority for credit up to $10MM or greater, a proven track record in sales management, a sharp business development focus demonstrating innovative approaches, and strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to rapidly assimilate complex information.
