Advantage Metals Recycling, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of DJJ has an exciting opportunity as a Mechanic Helper for our Cheyenne location.

Position Overview:

1.Follow all safety programs and procedures of Advantage Metals Recycling, LLC.
2.Wear proper PPE as required
3.Ensure that appropriate fluids have been added to equipment (hydraulic oil, engine oil, diesel fuel)
4.Ensure that equipment has been properly and adequately lubricated
5.Housekeeping around shop and work area
6.Maintain a clean and organized shop
7.Properly dispose of oils, shop rags and other used parts
8.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1.Minimum of trade school or equivalent for Heavy Equipment/Diesel Engines/Hydraulics repairs & Maintenance.
2.Routine maintenance experience a plus
3.Stable work history
4.Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
5.Ability to work standing or walking
6.Ability to work under machinery wile stooping, kneeling or squatting.
