Position Summary:Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others. This position requires an excellent understanding of computer systems, preferably payroll and/or time and attendance systems, as well as experience working with union contracts and non-union work agreements. The Support Analysts are assigned a division(s) as an area of responsibility in which they will provide full support for the Kronos system. This position requires Support Analysts to be a part of a Sunday schedule rotation.
