Position Summary:

Role model and demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of others.  This position requires an excellent understanding of computer systems, preferably payroll and/or time and attendance systems, as well as experience working with union contracts and non-union work agreements.  The Support Analysts are assigned a division(s) as an area of responsibility in which they will provide full support for the Kronos system.  This position requires Support Analysts to be a part of a Sunday schedule rotation.

Minimum Position Qualifications: 
  • Associates degree in a Business/Technical related field of study preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Excellent technical aptitude, including software application skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization; including corporate, division, and store associates.
  • Previous experience reading and interrupting collective bargaining and non-union work agreements is helpful.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks
  • Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy 
  • Willingness to be flexible and commit to the hours the workload demands.  This includes a Sunday schedule rotation.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with a minimum of supervision.
  • Ability to work well with others as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Human Resource exposure preferred
  • Occasional travel possible
