Electronic Technician (2nd shift) at Olathe

Job Description

Job Description:
  • Constructs, maintains, and tests electrical systems and components.
  • Uses measuring and diagnostic tools to test and modify electronic parts.
  • Ensures systems and components meet established specifications.

Qualifications:
  • A two year degree, diploma or certificate in the study of ELECTRONICS from a tech school, college or university
  • If they have military training they should list specific training and experience with electronic component level theory and work assignments.
  • The more detailed their electronics training the better.
  • If their experience is systems level only, I will still interview them if it seems that they have had enough electronics training.
  • Experience with receivers, transmitters, power supplies and microprocessors.
  • And the ability to troubleshoot them to the component level. If they dont have the experience, they should at least know the theory for these types of circuits.
  • Basic electronics test equipment training.
  • They should at least know how to use an oscilloscope.
  • Bonus points for spectrum analyzer, signal generators, etc.

Work Schedule: 3:30PM to 12:00AM Monday to Friday
