Job Description

Major Insurance Company seeks Customer Service Representatives for their Olathe, KS office.


**Must pass Credit and Background Checks


**Starts ASAP until the end of the year with a possible extension


Description:

  • Great opportunity for as a Customer Care Information Center Representative in the Claims Processing Center. 
  • Respond to questions, concerns and information requests via telephone regarding a variety of issues from internal and external parties, to include claimants, insured, brokers, claims adjusters and vendors. 
  • Obtain information through research of internal systems or requests from external sources. 
  • Ensure customer needs/requests are addressed and resolved promptly and completely. 
  • Escalate problematic or sensitive matters to Team Leader or Manager. 
  • Ensure that call data is properly logged into the tracking system. 



Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred. 
  • Excellent communication and professional customer service skills. 
  • Ability to work independently. 
  • Must have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills. 
  • Knowledgeable of MS Outlook, Word and Excel. 
  • Insurance experience is preferred.
