Major Insurance Company seeks Customer Service Representatives for their Olathe, KS office.
**Must pass Credit and Background Checks
**Starts ASAP until the end of the year with a possible extension
Description:
- Great opportunity for as a Customer Care Information Center Representative in the Claims Processing Center.
- Respond to questions, concerns and information requests via telephone regarding a variety of issues from internal and external parties, to include claimants, insured, brokers, claims adjusters and vendors.
- Obtain information through research of internal systems or requests from external sources.
- Ensure customer needs/requests are addressed and resolved promptly and completely.
- Escalate problematic or sensitive matters to Team Leader or Manager.
- Ensure that call data is properly logged into the tracking system.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred.
- Excellent communication and professional customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must have strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Knowledgeable of MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Insurance experience is preferred.
