Koch Fertilizer, LLC and its subsidiaries own or have interests in nitrogen fertilizer plants in the United States, Canada, and Trinidad and Tobago.The companies cover global demand through terminals in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia, France and the United Kingdom. Koch Fertilizer, LLC and its subsidiaries; including Koch Nitrogen Company, LLC and Koch Fertilizer Canada, ULC; have the capability to market and distribute more than 13 million metric tons of fertilizer products annually.Koch Nitrogen Company, LLC owns and operates facilities in Oklahoma, Iowa, Kansas and Nebraska that produce anhydrous ammonia, UAN and urea. Koch Fertilizer Canada, ULC, operates a production facility in Brandon, Manitoba, that produces anhydrous ammonia, ammonium nitrate, UAN and urea. In addition, Koch Fertilizer, LLC owns storage and terminal assets in northwest Europe with trading offices in Switzerland, France and United Kingdom.
Koch Fertilizer, LLC is looking for a Tax Supervisor who would be responsible for income tax compliance, position management, audit support, and tax optimization for a global business. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, creative, and independent thinker who can grow and develop in this role. This position would allow you to:
- Assist with tax planning, execution, implementation, and management of such planning,
- Work with businesses and other tax professionals on the economic implications of various transactions from a tax perspective.
- Review and prepare US and Foreign Income tax returns as well as related tax accounting.
- Monitor tax positions and their impact to the companys effective tax rate,
- Support Federal, State, and Foreign tax audits.

Requirements
- 3+ years of tax experience in a large corporate environment or while servicing a large corporate client as an employee of a large accounting firm.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting or Finance from an accredited university
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in CorpTax
- Masters or LLM in Tax
- CPA
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university and a JD
