RF Deployment PM at Leawood

Scope of Work Delivery Management and Planning This role provides planning and analysis to insure RF deployment and project commitments meet customer network performance targets. While this role utilizes project management skills, it is managing over an investment portfolio instead of an individual project basis. This is a role that is continues to evolve based on business needs. Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to ? Deployment volume management ? Delivery lead-time management ? Delivery accuracy ? Priority management (reviewing, developing and implementing priority logic for deployments) ? Work queue list creation to meet monthly targets ? Delivery lane planning support ? Customer communication and main POC ? Project dependency analysis ? Create monthly justifications of planned capacity solutions adds for funding approval ? Perform financial impact analysis on planned solutions to delivery teams regarding revenue, capex and opex. Ideal candidate should possess some or all of the following qualifications: ? Bachelors degree, preferably in a science, business or telecommunications discipline; or a minimum of eight years of progressive experience in a related field. ? Four to six years experience in project management, and/or related functional areas in a telecommunication company. ? Highly developed working knowledge of business process. ? Good knowledge and skills in use of computer, including Microsoft Office tools, and telecommunications. ? Minimum of intermediate MS Excel skills required. (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc) ? Highly adaptable to and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment ? Self starter and displays propensity for developing and finding answers/resolutions ?
