As a Regional Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, presenting and placing qualified management, culinary and sales candidates with our hospitality clients across the country. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate hospitality professional who is tired of working the long hours, weekends and nights but still wants to stay connected to the industry they love.
We provide exceptional training and resources which enable our recruiters to achieve success!
Job Requirements
- Prior management or supervisory experience in one or more of the various facets of the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, country clubs, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong work ethic with high energy level
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Strong Computer (typing), Social Media and Internet Skills
- Comfortable with "cold calling" potential candidates
- Money-Motivated (i.e. desire to make a lot of money!)
- Only LOCAL candidates will be considered
