Provides computer support to staff; installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware and software.
Activities include a high level of customer contact, call logging, problem escalation, and problem resolution. Interaction includes other IT team members, Corporate Users, and vendors.

Job Requirements
Specific Skills Required:
Basic knowledge in computer hardware.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
A+ and/or Network+ certification or equivalent work experience
Microsoft/Active Directory experience or knowledge
.NET programming/database development experience
