Allstate Insurance Company has an exceptional career opportunity for an Inside Property Claim Trainee inOverland Park, KS.

As an Allstate Inside Property Claim Trainee, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise. You will be responsible for investigating property losses to determine coverage, corresponding with customers over the phone, explaining settlements and estimates with customers and vendors. You willwork directly with customers and guide them through the claims process, and negotiate fair and equitable settlements. You will be challenged to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and document every step of activity for each claim on Allstates state-of-the-art, computerized NextGen claims system. Compensation and other important information:

• Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday; Hours 9:00AM to 6:00PM
• Rotational Weekends

Job Requirements

• Four-year college degree and 2 years of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and seek training necessary to excel
• Ability to apply classroom concepts in a real-world working environment
• Proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision
• Proven record for maintaining the highest level of personal and professional integrity
• Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Xactimate and Construction experience in an insurance field is preferred
