(If you are a current Mosaic employee, please check with your manager for potential program conflict information)The District Manager will be responsible for final interviewing and hiring of the field team, managing all aspects of their training and team execution, as well as completion of all reports and overall performance to the goals and metrics of the program.The District Manager will:- Ensure that all Brand Ambassadors are trained on specified sales and training processes, in-store communication expectations, product knowledge, and internal Mosaic procedures, which includes ensuring that new hire orientations and online training modules are completed
- Conduct regular in-market visits with Brand Ambassadors according to established program guidelines to ensure quality, consistency and compliance with company policies, procedures and goals
- Establish and maintain business relationships between store management, retail accounts, and Mosaic clients in order to effectively execute program objectives
- Communicate effectively toprogram management, which includes district summary reports, identification and timely communication of potential client issues, tracking metrics for performance management, conference calls and establishing individual and program goals
- Instill a strong belief in the brand with their respective teams and in-store personnel
- Bring excellence in execution, ultimately driving & improving retail product knowledge and sales by innovating, educating and inspiring!
- Expense control and adherence to all company policies
- Ensuring that all program initiatives (weekly and ongoing) are properly prioritized by the field representatives
- Decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professionally sound judgment
- Leadership skills and the ability to build morale and motivate field team to achieve program goals and objectives
- Collaborating with the recruiting department to ensure staffing levels are maintained with qualified individuals
Job Requirements
- A Bachelors (or Masters) Degree in Business Administration or related field with two or more years of experience in a retail management, field sales/merchandising organization or related field
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Outgoing professional personality with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Reliable daily transportation to travel within your district
- Maintain flexible work hours, including some weekends and evenings required, as our business is retail-driven
- Some travel required within the respective district - Travel by plane is a requirement
- Home office space with broadband Internet connectivity required
- Excel skills should include but are not limited to: Pivot tables, charts, graphs, formulas
- PowerPoint skills necessary for weekly district reporting
- Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email and Microsoft Office Suite
