Job Description
Write and concept a wide variety of deliverables, award submissions, industry publications, video scripts, "long form" copy like e-newsletters and landing pages, strategy docs, case studies, messaging platforms, brand guidelines, and more. Should also have solid grasp of social media, mobile marketing and end-to-end interactive campaigns.
Day-to-day:
- Attend project status meetings
- Collaborate closely with internal team members including Directors, Managers and Project Managers to concept, review and proactively manage their projects
- Attend client presentations and assume a primary role in the presentation of their work, and as a leader on the creative team.
Creative/conceptual/strategic
• Ability to write and think conceptually, strategically and visually.
• Should have working knowledge of basic UX and design concepts.
• Must be able to write great headlines and subheads, as well as longer form copy.
Job Requirements
Editorial• Versatility: ability to work across different mediums and different types of projects, whether its marketing copy, a strategy document or case studies.
• Capable of writing meaningful, economical, well informed, non-fluffy copy.
• Attention to, and even love for, minding the details:
• Self-starter on research: copy must be informed by the details in the creative brief. Must be able to independently manage and absorb sometimes multiple sources of information and rounds of feedback from the client and internal team.
• Brand compliance: maintain brand standards by keeping all external-facing work consistent in terms of voice, tone and brand principles, and in line with most current Brand guidelines.
