You will prospect and network to generate leads and develop business partnerships within your assigned accounts, and your assigned Account Development Team member will assist you in setting face-to-face meeting appointments. Job Requirements

As an Account Executive, you must be highly motivated with a strong and versatile consultative approach to selling, with strong active-listening skills. You must also have solid analytical and problem-solving skills as well as keen attention to detail. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be developing relationships with decision makers at a wide variety of different companies.

Specific qualifications for the Account Executive position include:
  • 3 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a complex and challenging sales environment
  • Strong prospecting and business development skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Ability to sell in a team environment
  • Ability to keep current with a large and ever-growing product line
  • Intermediate computer proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
  • Consultative sales training a plus
  • College degree a plus
