Helpdesk Analyst

Job Classification: Contract

TEKsystems is currently looking for a Helpdesk Analyst in Topeka, KS.

The Helpdesk Analyst will:

Provide technical assistance on company provided software and hardware to users calling into the Helpdesk.

Assist with troubleshooting tickets, providing phone support/call resolution.

Provide technical knowledge and expertise necessary to solve medium to highly complex problems.

Install, maintain and upgrade workstation hardware, software, and operating systems.

Customer service experience is absolutely critical. Must enjoy resolving customer issues and providing excellent service.

Must Have:
Experience with supporting Microsoft XP Operating system or higher.
Experience with supporting Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
