Senior Business Analyst

TEKsystems is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a local company in the Kansas City area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing and prioritizing software requirements, develop current and future user stories, process flow, models from requirement sessions, screen mockups and wireframes.

Candidates will also understand and work within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the appropriate based on customer needs. In addition, acting as the liaison between the agile delivery team and business groups.

Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding and experience working within agile environments. Strong experience in gathering requirements from the business/clients and facilitating requirements sessions. Experience working within a web-based environment is preferred. Experience working within a Mainframe and Distributed environment is a must. Ideal candidates will have the ability to read and understand the Cobol/JCL code and reverse engineer.

This is a contract position.
