Definite responsibilities will include:
- Researching your territory to obtain both new and repeat business
- Developing a strategic sales plan
- Uncovering and contacting new prospects in the territory through networking and cold calling, and following up on leads
- Identifying key decision makers at client companies and setting appointments with them
- Giving oral and written presentations of our services to both prospective and current clients, focusing specifically on identifying and presenting solutions to their needs
- Selling Sys-Tek’s engineering products and commission services to new and existing client companies
- Submitting all required reports in a timely fashion, meeting management deadlines
- Creating and leading a team of salespeople to cover the Midwest territories
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- At least 5 years of sales management experience
- Knowledge of the construction industry and engineering consulting services
- Experience with RFPs and ability to negotiate contracts
- Energy, passion and motivation
- Ability to build and lead sales teams
