IT Help Desk Analyst

TEKsystems currently has multiple opportunities in Wichita for IT Help Desk support.

Job Description:
This person will be responsible for ensuring customers receive immediate and high quality customer service. They will be receiving IT related customer requests phone calls, emails, voice mails. As needed, escalate requests to 2nd level specialists or team leads and provide required information to ensure efficient transition. Ensures requests are properly closed and resolution details are clearly documented.

Qualified candidates must be available for a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as this group is responsible for 24/7 support.

Candidates should have an associates degree and one year of work related experience, or a bachelors degree.
