***Sr. Compensation Analyst*** at Wichita

As Senior Compensation Analyst, you will manage all elements of compensation programs. Ensuring integration and alignment of pay and rewards with overall company goals and objectives to continuously position the Company to attract, retain and reward top talent while remaining in compliance with federal contractor and all legal requirements as well as ensuring program cost effectiveness.

 

You will assist HR Leaders in development of long-term compensation strategy, establish/update salary administration policies and procedures, integrate systems for all compensation and job placement framework and maintain/audit the policies and procedures put in place. These essential functions and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Performing research and analysis to support the development, implementation and administration of compensation programs.

•  Conducting annual market pricing; coordination of merit and incentive processes including financial support for budget creation and accrual accounting, processing of special payments, coordination of manager and employee communications around compensation.

•  Participation in compensation and benefit surveys and conduct benchmarking

•  Performing job classifications and description to ensure proper placement of positions with effective job descriptions

•  Production of detailed, accurate metrics and ad hoc reporting; as well as compliance reporting for AAP, EEOC

•  Maintaining current knowledge of environmental, legal and regulatory factors that impact compensation practices as well as industry trends in total reward strategies.

•  Partner with benefits, org development, and HR Leaders in coordination, integration, and alignment of total reward, recognition and compensation.

 

•  Educating Managers and Leaders in the administration and interpretation of the company compensation program and legal compliance areas of compensation.

•  Partner with Talent Acquisition team to model and develop compelling appropriate offers.

 

TOP THREE (3) PRIORITIES:

•  Lead the refresh of the compensation program design, development and implementation
•  Compliance and Reporting for all legal and regulatory requirements
•  On-going education and partnership with business partners and leaders to ensure full integration
of the program.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field or equivalent work experience.

7-10 years of progressive human resource experience with at least 5+ years of compensation experience required. International and Executive Compensation background and experience a plus, as well as Government Contractor workplace experience.

 

Candidates must have comprehensive knowledge of legal issues regarding compensation, benefits and HR including OFCCP, APP and EEO regulations required. As well as superior experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite software. Proficient with HRIS systems and reporting; SAP experience preferred. Project Management and Six Sigma/Lean Sigma skills and applicable experience a plus. Must be skilled written and verbal communicators. Candidate must be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and enjoy being part of a transformational HR department and has ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to change readily and rapidly.

Any CCP/CFP/CBP/GRP/ WLCP or PHR/SPHR/GPHR other comparable designations preferred.
