- Maintain records and generate reports as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- College degree and 3 years previous inside sales experience

- Ability to perform account planning, account development and retention strategies, pipeline management and selling capabilities.
- Ability to develop quotations to meet customer expectations.
- Experience working with distribution partners
- Previous use of sales automation and/or CRM software.
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment
