Experience with PeopleSoft 8.9 or newer ERP is preferred and familiarity with Kronos Timekeeping Systems is desirable.

    Position Summary:

    We are currently looking for Inside Sales Account Managers whose primary responsibility is to support and grow sales through Direct Regional Sales Managers and authorized Kustom Distributors within their defined geographic territory. This includes serving as the primary internal liaison with Distributors and their customers in order to increase sales and market share.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Sales

    • In conjunction with the Regional sales Manager, develop and maintain a current Sales Pipeline.
    • In conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager, developing and maintaining a rolling two month Territory Plan in Outlook.
    • Increasing sales through superior customer targeting, innovative sales incentive programs and sound tactical strategies that hold distributors accountable for results.
    • Plan and prospect by phone in assigned territory to generate sales opportunities, identify potential customer needs and establish future opportunities while meeting monthly activity requirements.
    • Qualify, develop and close sales using the Kustom Selling Solutions process.
    • Document details of customer calls and activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    Administration

    • Create with Regional Sales Manager/Distributors Manufacturers Rep an annual business
    • Work with Regional Sales Manager/Distributors Manufacturers Rep to set appointments and outline follow-up steps.
    • Work with Regional Sales Manager/Distributors Manufacturers Rep and Bids & Proposals Manager to make appropriate pricing recommendations.
    • Maintain records and generate reports as required.
    • As requested by management, attend trade shows and product seminars.


    Product Seminars

    • Work with Regional Sales Manager/Distributors/Manufacturers Rep to coordinate location, guest list, invitations, KSI staffing, catering.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    • College degree and 3 years previous inside sales experience
    • Demonstrated success in the sales life-cycle; prospecting, buying behaviors, negotiation, overcoming objections and closing the deal.
    • Ability to perform account planning, account development and retention strategies, pipeline management and selling capabilities.
    • Ability to develop quotations to meet customer expectations.
    • Experience working with distribution partners
    • Previous use of sales automation and/or CRM software.
    • Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
    • Exceptional oral and written communications skills.
    • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows environment
    • Excellent phone voice and etiquette.
