Driver Recruiter at Olathe

We are hiring a Driver Recruiter in our Driver Recruiting Department at our corporate facility in Olathe, KS. Our ideal candidate would be self-motivated with a positive energy, be able to work well in a fast paced environment and possess the ability to achieve results.

Job duties include:

• Communicating with driver applicants
• Explaining the job and benefits package offered by TransAm Trucking

Entering applicant information in the computer system

Working and qualifying applications

• Processing high volumes of time sensitive information
• Scheduling drivers for orientation

This job requires:

Strong communication skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting

Attention to detail

Computer knowledge

Strong organizational skills

This is a full-time position with daytime hours and rotating Saturday work. Previous phone or sales experience is preferred. Transportation experience not required.
