CMM Programmer/Operator at Wichita

PCC Aerostructurs Exacta Aerospace, Inc. is seeking to fill a key position for a CMM Programmer/Operator in Wichita, KS to operate, program and manage our Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) equipped with PC-DMIS software. The candidate will also assist the Quality Group as needed, working on improving efficiencies, support program evaluation, compile inspection data and assist with CMM Operator training. Must have the ability to teach and interpret Geometic Dimensioning and Tolerancing and Blueprint Reading. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Program, Maintain, and Optimize CMM inspection programs to precedent
• Perform inspections both CMM and manual
• Review job related material and process documentation, confirm accuracy and completeness
• Complete first article inspection reports from CMM results
• Work with all departments to improve quality of products
• Assist Production in the translation of results
• Keep CMMs clean and software up to date
• Additional duties as directed by Quality Manager and Quality Director

To be considered for this exceptional career opportunity you must have at least the following:

• Experience programming and operating with PC-DMIS CAD++
• Demonstrate skills in reading and interpreting blueprint/technical drawings proficiently
• Ability to complete inspections to ensure parts are within required tolerances
