Administrative Assistant at Wichita

BNC National Bankcurrently has an opportunity for an AdministrativeAssistantin our Wichita, KS Park Mortgage Branch.

We are looking for a self-starting individual with a personable, outgoing, and energetic personality who possesses at least one year of previous receptionist, administrativeor customer service experience. Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills are necessary for in-person and telephone contact. Thecandidate will serve as receptionist and also perform various administrative tasks and assist with projects in support of various departments. Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are required. Should be able to perform under pressure and stay organized. The ideal candidate will be hard working and dependable and display a polished and professional appearance.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have excellent telephone communication skills.Must be proficient in typing, keyboarding, PC, and basic business office equipment. Basic to Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.Two years of administrative experience or customer service experience is preferred.Prior Mortgage experience is not required but is a plus. A minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required.
